Rose Hill Equestrian Club
Two spring Charity Polo Classics and one identity, carried from the first Save the Date to the map in every guest’s hand.
Match photo by Kathy Hickling
A neighborhood horse club set out to bring polo back to Rose Hill with a charity match run by volunteers. The day had to look as polished as any event on the calendar, and every piece had to feel like it came from one hand.

A club mark and an event crest.
The club mark pairs a horse with the Rose Hill mansion. The Charity Polo Classic crest, developed by committee member Colleen Bills, sets the same house inside a horseshoe between two players. Jessica rebuilt it as clean vector art and built the type, color, and every printed piece around it, so the event always reads as the club’s own.

A watercolor rider at full gallop, a spring palette of rose and claret, and everything a guest needs at a glance: the date, the gates, the title sponsor, and the cause it served.

Every piece guests held in their hands.

Platinum and Gold sponsors had their own tent, with food by Chef Danny Hieronymus of Hieronymus Provisions. Their passes, lanyards, and parking carried the same rose and claret.
From the security gate to midfield.
A road map with ticket routes through the neighborhood, and a field map for sponsors, tents, parking, and designated spaces, set in the same colors and type as everything else.

The club, now online.
A new website for the club: who it is for, how to join, a spectator’s guide to polo, and a look back at both Classics.

Spring 2023, as it happened.
